How long does LOE CAL take to ship an item out?

    We try to get orders out 1-3 days after ordered, if not please allow up to 10 - 12 business days (this doesn't include weekends and holidays) for us to prepare your order. This may be longer if we experience high volume of orders, please keep in mind that everything is handmade to order by two people. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You have 24 hours to cancel your order, if it is passed that time, we charge a $4 cancellation fee which will be taken off your refund when refunded.

     

    I tried to track my package with USPS and it shows "not found", what should I do?

      Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

       

      How long will it take for my package to arrive?

        Domestic shipping may take 2-5 days to be delivered depending on the efficiency of your post office.

        International shipping may take 7-14 days to be delivered. 

        Time may vary during the holidays.​

         

        Oh no! My item/s came damaged, what should I do?

          At checkout we allow you to be able to pay with insurance. If you ordered with insurance, we are able to file a claim with USPS.

          In order for us to replace your damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, please include a photo of the item/s that have been damaged. 

          We will then go ahead and send you a return label, which you will print out and send the item/s back to us; you will be sent a replacement.

           

          What is your return policy?

            We do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

            My tracking says delivered but I do not have my package, what should I do?

              Sometimes there are mistakes and  items are marked delivered but doesn't arrive that time -- it happens!

              You can always visit USPS.com or call them at 1 (800) 275-8777 with tracking info.​

               

              When do I receive my confirmation email?

                Confirmation emails are sent out automatically once an order is placed. 

                Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail; in order for your to not get emails from us placed in spam, please add us as a contact in your inbox.

                If you still are not able to retrieve your confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

                 

                My item was returned due to an error in my address, what should I do?

                  Please always double check your shipping information when placing an order.

                  If your item is returned to us, you are required to pay a $4 reshipment fee for us to resend the item again. Please always pay attention to your tracking information!

                  ➳ Lost packages: USPS does make mistakes from time to time, they're human just like us. - If over 2-3 weeks have passed and your package is no where to be found, please contact us immediately, we will be happy to assist you.​


                  ➳ If your package appears to not have checked in on USPS tracking system for some time, it is likely it's still on its way to you. It can be the result of a delay or missed scans on its route. If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact USPS directly + send us a message.​

                  We strongly suggest to double check your address before and after placing an order. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.​

                  ➳ Packages that are lost in shipment due to an incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.​

                  ​➳ Packages that are returned based on incorrect or undeliverable address will be shipped back out once buyer pays reshipment fee.
