HOW LONG DOES LOE CAL TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
PROCESSING = 3 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS
Processing is how long we take to get your order ready for shipment. Everything is hand-made to order by one individual and may need time to be made.
Please allow up to 3 - 14 business days (this doesn't include weekends and holidays) for us to prepare your order. This may be longer if we experience high volume of orders, we usually send out a mass email if this is the case. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you order on a Friday, your order will not start processing until Monday.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order, if it is passed that time, we charge a $4 cancellation/restock fee which will be taken off your refund when refunded.
WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
You have up to 24 hours to change your address, please always double check your confirmation email. If your address has an error, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you in getting it changed.
WHEN WILL MY TRACKING UPDATE? | PRE-SHIPMENT
You will get an email with your tracking number once we print your label. Labels are usually printed before our processing time is over. We drop off packages at the post office three (3) times a week.
Your package can remain in pre-shipment for up to a week, depending on how busy we are.

Packages usually update around 10-12PM in our area.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM/S?
Domestic shipping may take 2-5 days to be delivered depending on the efficiency of your post office.
International shipping may take 7-21 days to be delivered.
Time may vary during the holidays.
MY ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT AND MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please always double check your shipping information when placing an order.
If your item is returned to us, you are required to pay a $4 reshipment fee for us to resend the item again. Please always pay attention to your tracking information as you may always call USPS to fix the address. USPS usually gives you time to call and get that checked.
There is a 5-10 business day processing for replacements.
MY ITEM/S ARRIVED BROKEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In order for us to replace your damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, please include a photo of the item/s that have been damaged.
Please go ahead and fill out our return forum on our website. You will get an email once we approve of your return. Processing for replacements is: 5-10 business days.
I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
Confirmation emails are sent out automatically once an order is placed.
Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail; in order for your to not get emails from us placed in spam, please add us as a contact in your inbox.
If you still are not able to retrieve your confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM/S IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! Mistakes do happen, but we are happy to help fix the issue! Please send us an email immediately so we can fix the issue.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We do not accept returns/refunds due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We only accept replacements.

All chargebacks will be fought against immediately with information such as shipping confirmations and shipping labels, order confirmations and any other information that your creditor may need.

Sometimes there are mistakes and items are marked delivered but doesn't arrive that time -- it happens!

➳ Lost packages: USPS does make mistakes from time to time, they're human just like us. - If over 2-3 weeks have passed and your package is no where to be found, please contact us immediately, we will be happy to assist you.

If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact USPS directly + send us a message.
